The Morris family called dLCV because their daughter, Kate, needs adult services from the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). With dLCV assistance, the client advocated for herself very well and became a DARS client.
While reporting compliance increased in FY 20, we still believe some facilities are under-reporting incidents.
