disAbility Law Center of Virginia (dLCV) is Virginia’s protection and advocacy agency for Virginians with disabilities. dLCV is investigating the extent to which veterans with traumatic brain injury are able to access community-based substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health crisis services. Your response to this survey will help guide dLCV’s understanding of both the availability of resources and barriers to accessing them. dLCV will use these results to inform its systemic advocacy efforts on behalf of veterans with TBI.
