Law Enforcement and Disability Survey

Thank you for your interest in dLCV’s Law Enforcement and Disability Survey. We are collecting information on interactions between Law Enforcement professionals (including, but not limited to: Local Police, State Police, School Resource Officers, CIT Officers, and Sheriff’s Deputies) and Virginians with disabilities. We hope that this information will give dLCV a better picture of how these interactions are playing out, and show us how we can better advocate for Virginians with disabilities to ensure they are appropriately accommodated, treated compassionately and fairly, and kept safe during all interactions with law enforcement.

dLCV is not investigating these allegations, nor will we relay specific allegations to investigative bodies.
