If you have basic social security questions about applying or appealing, what to expect with the process, maintaining healthcare while awaiting a decision, or keeping your benefit once approved you can explore our online Social Security Resource page.

Or, if you have more specific social security questions you can submit an online request for help or call us on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays from 8:30am-4:00pm at 1-800-552-3962 (toll-free) or 804-225-2042 and ask to speak with the Intake and Referral Specialist.  Either way, an Advocate with social security expertise will contact you within 3 business days.

If you don’t speak English, we have access to a “language line” that helps us communicate with you in your own language.
