Client Assistance Program (CAP) Clinic

June 10, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, to accommodate the safety of our clients and staff, these consults will be provided face-to-face online (using your computer or phone) or by phone.
  • Do you need to know how to access services from Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI), or your local Center for Independent Living (CIL)?
  • Are you currently receiving services from DARS, DBVI, or your local CIL?
  • Do you have questions about the services you are getting?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, dLCV invites you to sign up to speak with one of our highly trained and experienced advocates on Thursday, June 10 from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.

***Space is limited to only five (5) registrants and is first-come, first-served!***

Sign up for an individual time slot, and a representative from dLCV’s Client Assistance Program (CAP) will contact you to discuss details!

If you are unable to participate on Zoom, we are available for phone appointments as well! If you have questions, please contact Rachel.Loria@dlcv.org or call 804-225-2042 or 800-552-3962 (Toll-free)
